The items you buy are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. However, an exchange can be offered for size issues. To arrange an exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us page, include your original order information and your desired size in your email, and we’ll take care of the rest!
If something you receive is damaged or not up to our usual standards, please contact us via the Contact Us form with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will be happy to check on you to see what went wrong!
We are a vendor engaged in custom products, so orders will be made every time there is a buyer. Each order takes 1 – 3 days to process the order. During the waiting period, the buyer can change the product type or cancel the purchase agreement. Please contact us immediately if there are any changes.
According to the regulations in our company, we do not accept exchanges or refunds if the buyer’s error (eg choosing the wrong type of casing, material, color or design) after the waiting period ends. Please check your order within 15 days. Then you can message us if you want to return it with the shipping label fee charged to you. You can choose to have the item replaced or a full refund. We cannot accept a claim if it has passed the specified time limit.
Refund will be given as money back or replacement of goods (buyer’s choice). Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item, as well as approval or rejection of your refund. If you agree, we will process the refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days. Please contact us if you have a refund request. We will respond quickly to your message within 1 x 24 hours.
